Before reading about my credentials and philosophy, it is important for you to know that I am a white woman with white privilege. I am a white mother raising white sons. I am a white wife married to a white man. I am a white professional working in a predominantly white dominated field. I have privilege.
Since launching my practice, I have intentionally worked with organizations working toward equity from education to music to sports. I am passionate about using my voice to work with change makers to dismantle systems of inequity and oppression.
It is important that I publicly own my white privilege. I have been on a journey toward becoming anti racist for the last several years both personally and professionally. I am still on it. If we work together, I will still be on it.

I’m a “get to the point” passionate relationship-builder who specializes in helping organizations and their people fulfill their fundraising potential. Over the past 19 years, I’ve been honored to work with mission-driven organizations and schools.

I ask the hard questions. Raised by a therapist and an attorney, what can I say? I come by this way of operating naturally.
